If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase I will refund your money.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me by email or phone within 14 days of delivery to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.

I will acknowledge your return request within 7 days. You must ship the item back to us within 3 days of our confirmation: The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging and insured for its purchased price.  The item must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with my tags and identifying marks intact.

Consumer Protection

I operate in the UK and conform to the entire UK Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 and also the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and distance selling rules, along with all the latest UK and EU regulations.

I do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Shipping Policy

I ship next working day after all funds have cleared. All items shipped within the UK will be sent Royal Mail insured signed for and overseas deliveries are normally shipped by UPS insured signed for again the next working day after all funds are cleared. Overseas deliveries are subject to the normal import checks at your country. 

Returns Policy

Policy Procedure

1. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me by email or phone within 7 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.

2. I will acknowledge your return request within 7 days.

3. You will ship the item back to us within 3 days of the acknowledgement: The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and it must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with my tags and identifying marks intact. I recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.

4. After I have verified the returned item is as originally sent, I will issue a full refund within 3 days. For the protection of both company and buyer, when making a refund via personal check or money order, I will send the refund to the buyer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.

Damaged Item Procedure

Please do not sign for items damaged in shipment, as doing so may void the shipping insurance. If you have to sign you must sign as DAMAGED!

Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance. To begin the process, please contact me either by phone or email letting me know the extent to the damage. Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, I will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
